After approval, we move on to the Concept & Direction phase. This phase carries the majority of the design work—defining layout, flow, and budget priorities—so that all subsequent selections and drawings follow a clear, cohesive plan.

Clients join us in the studio to review a design presentation complete with drawings, layouts, and a set of representative samples to communicate mood, scale, and material direction.

With the direction established, the rest of the project unfolds with confidence and ease.

With the design decisions made, our clients can sit back and enjoy the process while we handle the details. Our team places orders, coordinates deliveries, and manages installation, working closely with contractors and trades to ensure every element is executed as planned. We keep clients updated along the way, so they feel confident and cared for.

We walk through together to review the space, resolve any final touches, and provide a project binder with care and maintenance details for the years ahead.
