How our process works

  • Our work together begins with a focused virtual consultation designed to understand the project at a high level and identify what will make the greatest difference.

    During this conversation, we assess the space, discuss goals and constraints, and clarify priorities. This allows us to determine the appropriate scope of design support and how best to move forward.

    Following the consultation, we provide a tailored scope of work and fee proposal based on the needs of the project.

  • After approval, we move on to the Concept & Direction phase. This phase carries the majority of the design work—defining layout, flow, and budget priorities—so that all subsequent selections and drawings follow a clear, cohesive plan.

    Clients join us in the studio to review a design presentation complete with drawings, layouts, and a set of representative samples to communicate mood, scale, and material direction.

    With the direction established, the rest of the project unfolds with confidence and ease.

  • With the design decisions made, our clients can sit back and enjoy the process while we handle the details. Our team places orders, coordinates deliveries, and manages installation, working closely with contractors and trades to ensure every element is executed as planned. We keep clients updated along the way, so they feel confident and cared for.

    Then comes the moment we have all been waiting for—the grand reveal. We style our client’s home to perfection, every detail considered, every finish in its place. We walk through together to review the space, resolve any final touches, and provide a project binder with care and maintenance details for the years ahead. And yes, we love to celebrate with a well-earned toast as we welcome our clients home to their finished, magazine-worthy space.
