Southwest Inspired Condo

Location: Boulder, CO

This project began with a clean slate—and a bold spirit. My client, an artist and seasoned international traveler, was entering a new chapter of life and wanted her home to support her fully. Her vision was to create a space that would help her live her best life: welcoming family and friends, playing music, and engaging in her spiritual practices with ease and inspiration.

As a part-time residence and short-term rental, the home also needed to feel inviting to guests while remaining deeply personal. We layered in saturated, desert-inspired hues—painting the stairwell and bedroom ceilings in warm terracotta, with turquoise accents on the doors. Light fixtures and bathroom fittings were thoughtfully updated, and the space was fully furnished with soft textures and curved forms that reflect the client’s preference for comfort, flow, and beauty.

The result is a home that has a deep sense of place rooted in Colorado, and is supportive of her lifestyle.
